The Cretan Mediterranean diet is a way of living that supports longevity and good health, as evidenced by the findings of archaeological excavations. In the Minoan palace, large jars with olive oil, pulses, wine, cheese, olives, honey and herbs have been found, indicating that ancient Minoans consumed the same products as Cretans do today. We, the Papadospyridakis family, with a great respect for the tradition and for the Cretan land, offer you our own traditional products produced with much love and inspiration.
